Staff

Show who keeps your server running on the staff page of your website, in groups with a coloured tag, their head and whether they are online.

The staff page of your website (/staff) shows who keeps your server running: your owners, admins, moderators and helpers, each with their Minecraft head. With your server connected, players also see who is online right now, so they know who to ask.

The staff page is only for show. It gives nobody access to your dashboard; for that, see Your team.

Add groups

  1. Open Staff under Website in the dashboard.
  2. Click Add Owner, Admin, Moderator and Helper to start with the groups most servers have, or Add group to make your own.
  3. Give each group a Colour: the colour of the tag in your game, so players recognise it.

Groups show in the order of the list. Drag a group to move it. Use Rename group or Delete in the menu next to a group. Deleting a group takes its players off the staff page too.

Add players

  1. Click Add player in a group.
  2. Type their Minecraft name.

We look the name up and keep the player's UUID, so they stay on the page with the right head when they change their name. Remove someone with the button next to their name.

Where players apply

Fill in Where players apply with a link to your application form or a channel on your Discord. The staff page then has a Join the team button. Leave it empty to hide the button.

Who is online

A player on your staff page shows as online while they are on one of your connected servers. This comes from the plugin, so it only works with your server connected. See Install the plugin.

Still stuck? Ask in our Discord or mail us at hello@minecraftstore.io, and a person answers.
