Teams
Run your store together, without sharing a password.
Invite a co-owner, the person who keeps the shop up to date and the moderators who help players. Each signs in with their own account and sees only what their role allows.
Three roles that say what they do
-
Admin
Everything you can, except payouts, Pro and deleting the store. Connects servers and edits commands.
-
Manager
Runs the shop: products, prices, sales, coupons, pages and the look of the store. Sees commands but cannot change them.
-
Support
Helps players: looks up orders, retries a delivery, bans a player. Changes nothing in the shop.
Invite in two fields
-
1
An email address and a role
On Team in the dashboard. Support is picked by default: when in doubt, give the least.
-
2
They click the link in the mail
Without an account they only choose a name and a password. With one they log in.
-
3
They land in your store
With a menu that shows only what their role opens, and a line that says which role they have.
Why commands stay with Admins
A command runs as your server console, so whoever edits one can do anything on your server. A Manager changes prices and texts all day, but the commands only change through you or an Admin. With Pro you make your own roles under Advanced: per part of the dashboard None, View or Edit.
Questions
How many people can I add?
One person besides you on every store, enough for a co-owner. With Pro there is no limit, and you can make roles of your own.
Can someone on my team reach my payouts?
No. Payouts, Stripe, Pro and deleting the store always stay with the owner, whatever the role. Your bank account and company hang on them.
Does my team need two-factor authentication?
It is available on every account, with an app or a passkey, but you do not have to require it.
What happens when I remove someone?
They lose access with their next click and get a short mail about it. Their account stays.
