How fast do you answer?
Usually within a day, often within a few hours. Mail to support becomes a ticket, so nothing gets lost.
Can I write in Dutch?
Yes. We answer in English and Dutch.
Will you ever ask for my password?
Never. Do not send passwords, your Stripe details or plugin tokens by mail.
