What owners ask most, from connecting a server to a delivery that did not arrive. Still stuck? Open a ticket in the dashboard and a person answers.
Connect your server
- Download the plugin from Servers in your dashboard and put the jar in the
pluginsfolder of your server. - Start the server once, so the plugin makes
plugins/Minecraftstore/config.yml. - In Servers, connect a server and copy its token. Paste it into
config.ymlastoken: "mcs_...". - Run
/mcs reloadin the console. The server shows as Online in your dashboard within a minute.
The plugin runs on Paper and Spigot, Minecraft 1.18 and newer, with Java 17 or newer. It asks us every few seconds what to run; we never connect to your server.
Commands in the game
/mcs statusshows which store the server belongs to and when it last checked in./mcs reloadreadsconfig.ymlagain, for example after a new token./mcs refreshfetches the shop menu again after you changed products./buyopens your store as a chest menu for players. Clicking a product sends them a link to pay, with their name filled in.
Commands that run when someone buys
Every product has commands that run in your server console when the order is paid. Leave out the slash. These placeholders are filled in:
{player}the Minecraft name, likebrickfox_{uuid}the player's UUID{quantity}how many they bought{price}what one cost{order}the order number
Tick Wait until the player is online for commands that need the player in the game, like giving items. A rank command for LuckPerms works while they are offline.
Ranks for a period
Turn on Lasts a limited time on a product to sell a rank for a week, a month or a year. Add the commands that take it away again under When it expires, like lp user {player} parent remove vip. They run within a minute of the end. A player who buys again before it ends gets the time added to what is left.
Timed products shows who has what, and until when. Players get a mail three days before the end (a day before for periods under a week) with a button to extend it. You can turn that off on the same page.
Discord roles
Add our bot to your Discord server under Discord, then pick the roles a product gives in the product form. After paying, the player links Discord from their order page and gets the roles within a minute. A timed product takes its roles away when it ends, and so does a full refund.
Players who joined your server later, or left and came back, type /claim in your server to get their roles again. /store posts a link to your store.
The bot can only give roles below its own. In your server settings, under Roles, drag the Minecraftstore.io role above the roles it should give.
On the same page you can post every sale in a channel, and get a message in a staff channel when an order did not arrive.
When something does not arrive
- The server is offline in Servers: check that the plugin is running with
/mcs status, and that the token inconfig.ymlis the current one. - A delivery failed: open the order. It shows what the server said, for example an unknown command. Fix the command on the product, then use Retry delivery on the order.
- The player bought for the wrong name: the order shows the name and UUID they paid for. Run the command yourself for the right player.
Payments and payouts
Players pay through Stripe. The money goes to your own Stripe account, minus our fee and Stripe's payment fee, and Stripe pays it out to your bank. Payouts shows your balance and opens your Stripe dashboard.
