Pages

Add your rules, refund policy, terms and other pages to your store, write them in Markdown and set their order in the footer.

Pages hold your rules, refund policy and anything else players should be able to read. They are linked at the bottom of every page of your store, also at the checkout, so a refund policy sits right next to paying.

Add a page

  1. Open Settings, then Pages.
  2. Click Add page.
  3. Fill in the Title, like "Rules". Up to 80 characters.
  4. Write the Text. Up to 20,000 characters.
  5. Leave Show on store on to link the page in your footer, or turn it off to keep it hidden for now.
  6. Click Add page.

The preview next to the form shows the page as players will see it, while you type.

Writing the text

Pages use Markdown, not HTML. You can make:

You type You get
## Refunds A heading
**final** Bold text
- No cheats A list item
[our Discord](https://discord.gg/yourserver) A link

Raw HTML is left out and script links are refused. That way a page can never break your store or run code for players.

Start from a template

If you have no pages yet, Start from a template offers four ready texts:

  • Rules
  • Refund policy
  • Terms
  • About us

Click one and it opens in the editor. A page from a template starts hidden: it is a start for you to read and adjust, not your policy yet. When it says what you want, turn on Show on store and save. A template disappears from the list once you have a page with that title.

The address of a page

Each page lives at /page/ followed by a short name made from the title, like /page/rules. The address is set once, when you first save. If you rename the page later, the address stays the same, so old links keep working.

A few names are used by the store itself, like checkout and order. A page with such a title gets -page added to its address.

Change the order

The order on the Pages screen is the order in your footer. Drag a page by its handle to move it. The new order is saved right away.

Hide, show or delete a page

Open the menu next to a page for these actions:

Action What it does
Edit Opens the page in the editor.
View on store Opens the page on your store in a new tab.
Hide Takes the link out of your footer. A hidden page shows a Hidden label in the list.
Show on store Puts a hidden page back in your footer.
Delete Removes the page. Links to it stop working.

If you might want a page back later, hide it instead of deleting it.
