Terms of Service

This website (Minecraftstore.io) is part of TMDProject. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to TMDProject, a registered company in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 83543937. Tom Maessen Development offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here

By using our website and/or purchasing anything from us, you are participating in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including any additional terms and conditions referenced herein and/or available through this site. These terms apply to all users of the site regardless of your subscription (referred to in these terms as "you", "your customer" ).

You must agree to these Terms of Service before logging on to our Service. If you do not agree, you will not be able to use our Service. Please remember to read the Terms of Service carefully before creating an account. We may change these Terms of Service at our sole discretion and without notice. You are responsible for checking this page for changes.

The service options available to you depend on your current subscription. More information about us can be found on our website at https://minecraftstore.io/.

Section 1 - Information about our service

 

  1. We are TMDProject alias Minecraftstore.io, a company registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 83543937.

  2. We can be reached via email at info@minecraftstore.io, or through our ticket system at https:/minecraftstore.io/.

 

Section 2 - Access to our service

 

  1. When you sign up for our paid services, you will have access to the features that can be viewed at https://minecraftstore.io/pricing.

  2. Your plan is effective from the time we receive payment and you receive confirmation that your plan has been activated.

  3. It is your responsibility to renew your subscription before it expires.

  4. We may refuse an order from you to purchase a subscription at any time at our sole discretion.

  5. We may suspend or cancel your subscription at our discretion, and we will issue a proactive refund if you cancel before your subscription expires (we will refund your remaining unusable days in your subscription). Unless cancelled or suspended due to a violation of our terms and conditions, in which case no refund will be given.

 

Section 3 - Cost of our service

 

  1. We charge a monthly fee to use our service, all payments are "pay-as-you-go" and it is your responsibility to renew your subscription before it expires.

  2. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that our pricing pages are correct, and if we find errors, we will notify you by email.

  3. We may, at our discretion, change the price of a subscription and the new price will take effect the next time you try to renew your service with us.

  4. Prices on our pages include taxes and include transaction fees charged by payment providers.

  5. If we notify you of an error or price changes, you may decide to stop using our services and not renew your subscription. Your subscription will be automatically terminated after the expiration date and access to your store will be denied.

  6. If you live in the European Union (EU), there is a 14-day (2-week) refund period by law. For other countries, we do not offer refunds and have a strict non-refundable policy.

 

Section 4 - How to pay for your subscription

 

  1. You can only pay using the payment methods listed on the checkout page. No other method is available. 

  2. Transactions on our website are made in Euros. If you wish to pay in another currency, exchange rates and additional transaction fees are confirmed and applied by the issuing bank, not by us. We are not responsible for any additional charges.

 

Section 5 - Your subscription

 

  1. We offer several subscriptions (available on our website: minecraftstore.io). The service level depends on the subscription you sign up for. 

  2. You can change your subscription via the dashboard. When you increase to a higher subscription, the number of days will be recalculated on the website.

  3. If you upgrade your subscription, you must pay the new subscription in full before adding the remaining days to your current subscription. 

  4.  All features of each subscription are provided as is.

 

Section 6 - Right of withdrawal, refund and compensation

 

  1. When the customer purchases the service, the customer agrees that the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the customer receives the service. 

  2. Refunds can only be made if the customer has not received the service after 3 days or if the service is so not working that the service is not usable. Whether the service is usable or not is at our discretion. 

  3. The customer can receive compensation if the service cannot be used, but this can be solved. The number of days the service cannot be used will be reimbursed. The price of the product will be converted to the period that the service could not be used. A second possibility is that the invoice date of the service is moved up by the number of days the service could not be used. The options are implemented in consultation with the customer

 

Section 7 - Authority and applicable terms and conditions

 

  1. To be eligible to purchase a subscription, you must be legally entitled in your country of residence. If a natural person, be at least 18 years old; Further, you represent and warrant to us that you have the right to bind on your behalf any entity that uses our website or purchases a subscription to access our services. If you do not meet the requirements, you must have someone who does meet the requirements, purchase the subscription on your behalf and enter into a contract with us

 

Section 8 - Our right to change these terms and conditions

 

  1. We may change these terms and/or subscriptions by updating this page and/or subscription description. 

  2. If we make changes to our Terms of Service that you do not agree with, you may choose to stop using our service. 

  3. Date of last update is at the bottom of this page.

 

Section 9 - Your account and use of the service

 

  1. This allows you to create a website with your content ("your webshop"). 

  2. The content of your webshop (other than content previously created by us) is your own responsibility and any content you create is your own responsibility. 

  3. Do not upload content to the webshop, sell products or engage in any activity that infringes on intellectual property rights or the rights of third parties. 

  4. When using the service and operating a webshop, you must always adhere to the terms of use of the respective Minecraft. 

  5. offers various payment gateways for processing payments. We are not responsible for any claims or problems you may have against these providers. It is your responsibility to contact the payment gateway directly in case of problems. 

  6. Your account information should be considered "confidential" and should not be shared with anyone other than the organization's employees who have access to your account. 

  7. It is your responsibility to keep your account secure, including taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized users from accessing your account. 

  8. Your account is your responsibility. All activity on your account is your responsibility. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any damage and/or loss resulting from your failure to keep your account secure. 

  9. You may not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of our Platform, including using our Services to send spam messages from our network.

 

Section 10 - Our service uptime

 

  1. We will make reasonable efforts to keep our platform as operational as possible. There may be technical problems and temporary interruptions. 

  2. You are not entitled to refunds or compensation at any time. 

  3. We are not responsible for issues beyond our control. Natural disasters, DDoS attacks, network problems essential to service functionality.

 

Section 11 - Liability

 

  1. In no event shall we be liable for, but not limited to; Loss of profits, sales, business or revenue; Loss or corruption of data, information or software; Loss of business opportunity; Any indirect or consequential damages. 

  2. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed 100% of the total fees paid by you in 12 months (one year), prior to the date the act or omission giving rise to the liability occurred. 

  3. You remain solely responsible for complying with your legal duties and obligations, including (but without limitation) with respect to the content of your online store (excluding the content we provide). 

  4. We will not be liable to you or any of your customers for any loss or liability arising out of any failure by you to comply with the terms of any agreement between you and any of your customers, or for your failure to comply with any other legal duties or obligations relating to your use or operation of your web store. 

  5. We are not responsible for ensuring that the content provided through the Services is appropriate for your purposes.

 

Section 12 - Partners

 

  1. If you visit or purchase from a website affiliated with or linked to our website, you use the other website at your own risk and are subject to that website's terms of use and privacy policy. We have not reviewed the content of other websites and are not responsible for the actions, products, services or content of those other websites or their affiliates.

 

Section 13 - Fair-use policy

 

  1. All features marked "Unlimited" are subject to this FUP (Fair Usage Policy). 

  2. Take the average usage of all other stores and add about 20 for specific items (packages/categories/pages/etc) to calculate "fair usage".

  3. The limit is not strictly enforced. We may contact you to let you know that your usage has exceeded your limits, to reduce your usage, or to request an upgrade to a higher level. 

  4. We reserve the right to remove some items or limit your ability to create new items if you do not comply with our requests.

 

Section 14 - Other important terms
